We are not liable for an incorrect address.

If your package is returned to us, the order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost + a restocking fee of 25%)

If for any reason you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please file a claim with the shipping service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are not responsible for any damage during the handling of your order. However, please email at dskeyesthelimit@gmail.com within 48 hours upon the delivery of your item.
Please include extensive photos and videos of the damage.

Strictly due to sanitary reasons there are no returns or exchanges.
